Pressemeldung der Firma HAMILTON Robotics GmbH

STARwatch – System Monitoring beyond tomorrow

For our Hamilton STARwatch user we are now offering additional options for the Customer Report. Today, you as an owner of the STARwatch monitoring software are able to receive a regular performance report of your system with detailed information of system usage. This gives you the possibility to monitor the status and usage of your equipment.

From now on, the Customer Report can be sent to multiple email recipients. This is a great advantage for Labs, where different users are working with different Hamilton systems. In this case, every “owner” of a Hamilton robot can receive his own performance customer report. On the other side, user of multiple systems will be able to receive now a merged Customer Report, with date of all his systems in one sheet including Summery Front Page .

Additionally, an automatic Customer Report is now attached as PDF to the email sent to you. It contains a hyperlink which enables the recipient to get access to the configurator and configure an individual Time Period for the Report.

Furthermore, the new Customer Report contains more information about number and runtimes of Method Runs, incl. trending, runtime per day etc., which will give you even more detailed information about your system usage.
