The International Sustainable Chemistry Collaborative Centre (ISC3) has recently launched the Global Start-up service, a programme for Sustainable Chemistry change-makers that offers to help bridge existing support gaps. Tailored support is provided along the innovation chain, starting with ideators having not yet founded a company via Start-ups at early development stages, to grown-ups expanding their business. After an introduction to the global Start-up service, the workshop will feature an interactive session dedicated to the actual support needs of Start-ups.

THE ROAD AHEAD: DIGITAL CHEMISTRY

97 Prozent aller Produkte enthalten mindestens einen chemischen Prozessschritt: Nachwachsende Rohstoffe, Enzyme, industrielle Biotechnologie, neue Verfahren, Produkte aus Reststoffen, Digitalisierung, u.a.m. verändern die Prozesse in der chemischen Wertschöpfung, von der Einkaufslogistik über die Produktion bis hin zu Marketing und Vertrieb. Der interdisziplinäre Austausch gewinnt an Bedeutung. Mit dem ECP wächst eine internationale Chemie-Community, die mehr Innovationen aus dem Bestehenden schöpfen will.                                                                                  

European Chemistry Partnering in Kürze

Das European Chemistry Partnering ist ein Veranstaltungsformat bei dem das Gespräch um Innovationen entlang der chemischen Wertschöpfung im Mittelpunkt steht. Es richtet sich an Entscheidungsträger, Innovationsmanager und Investoren der chemischen Industrie und ihren Anwenderbranchen sowie branchenfokussierte Stakeholder und qualifizierte Dienstleister und Berater. Das ECP besteht aus den Elementen Keynote-Vortrag, Partnering, Pitches, Ausstellung, Workshops und Abschlusspanel: Dabei können die Unternehmen in kurzen Vorträgen ihre Innovationen vorstellen (Pitches) und Gesprächstermine über ein Software-Tool im Vorfeld vereinbaren (Partnering). Das European Chemistry Partnering wurde von Dr. Holger Bengs, Geschäftsführer der BCNP Consultants GmbH, erdacht und initiiert. Es fand erstmals am 16. Februar 2017 in Frankfurt am Main statt. Seit 2018 findet das ECP zwei Mal pro Jahr statt. Im Februar ist der Veranstaltungsort Frankfurt. Im Spätsommer findet der ECP Summer Summit an wechselnden Orten statt.
